Conservation Easements

Merriam Hill

Richard & Heidi Venuti granted a conservation easement to the Monadnock Conservancy on June 27, 2003 on 45 acres. See Plan 32590, Deed Reference is Vol 6976 page 1969.

Hemlock Hills

The Town of Greenville holds a 13.8 acre conservation easement on portions of Tax Map 2, lots 1-42 through 1-48. Deed reference is Vol 7157 page 2656, May 8, 2003.

Mascenic School District

A 45 acre lot on the south side of Barrett Hill is covered by an easement which is held by the Greenville Conservation Commission. This easement was mitigation for wetland disturbances when the Highbridge Elementary School was built. See tax map 2 lot 8, Vol 8219 page 0283, June 25, 2010.
