Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 11, 2019 at the Town Hall Meeting Room, 46 Main Street (Chamberlin Street entrance), Greenville, NH, concerning a request by Michael Trickett of Sign Art Inc., Owner Dana Ryll (Fieldstone Farm Properties, LLC), Map 1 Lot 44-1, 781 Fitchburg Road, for a variance from Article 4.5 Section A of the Zoning Ordinance, which regulates the size of outdoor signs. The applicant seeks a variance for a free-standing sign which exceeds the permitted square footage.
