Public Hearing – Zoning Amendments

Notice is hereby given that in accordance with NH RSA Section 675:7 that a public hearing will be conducted to consider proposed amendments to the Town of Greenville’s Zoning Ordinance, defining Conversion, Driveway, Frontage, and Open Space in Section 1.4, deleting a. Minimum Area and changing c. Parking and Driveways in Section 2.7.4 (Lot Requirements Downtown (D) District). The Public Hearing will be held at the Town Hall Meeting Room (Chamberlin St. entrance), 46 Main Street, Greenville, NH on WEDNESDAY, October 19, 2022 at 7:00 pm.  Copies of the full text are available for public viewing purposes in the Town Hall offices during regular business hours, and can be found at www.greenvillenh.org under news.
