Potter Woods

A 35 acres lot with access from Greenville Road. There are hiking trails that connect to another conservation property in Mason. Property was given to the town by will/trust of Bronson Potter. Deed is dated June 26, 2007.

Rail Trail

Access is from Adams Hill Road. State of NH Dept of Resources & Economic Development Bureau of Trails. Vol 6204 page 369, November 29, 1999.

Riverside Park

A 0.6 acre lot in New Ipswich. Given to the Town of Greenville on January 19, 1910 by deed from Stephen H Bacon. Vol 675 pages 513, 676 and 195. Transferred to the Conservation Commission by Article 19 of the 1993 town meeting.  Property is between Route 123 and the Souhegan River. See New Ipswich tax map 15B lot #11.

Town Forest

26.5 acres with frontage and access from Livingston Road and Butternut Hill Road. The property was acquired by tax deed and Article 18 of the 1995 town meeting. Deed reference is Vol 5556 page 402. See plan number 27651 (Livingston Rd) and 33480 (Butternut Hill Rd).

Russell State Forest

2.6 acres in Greenville without road frontage. Deed reference is  Russell to State of New Hampshire Vol 737 page 46 October 28, 1915.

Taft Donation

199.2 acres given to the NH fish & Game Department December 15, 1994 by Alexander Taft and Robert Taft. The property is located in the north and northwest  part of Greenville along the Souhegan River and also along Richardson Brook with frontage on Richardson Road and Route 31. It adjoins the Greenville-Wilton town line on the north.

High Street Lots

Less than 1 acre. The property is the steep slope between High Street and the Souhegan River (No. 1 Mill Pond). Due to the steepness of the lots they are left in their natural state. These lots were acquired by tax deed and transferred to the Conservation Commission by Article 22 of the 1994 town meeting and Article 16 of the 1997 town meeting. 

Doonan Columbian Lot

A 9 acre lot on the west side of Route 31. Conveyed to the town in 1998, see deed Vol 8683 page 265 and plan #41523. Frontage on Route 31 but no access to Route 31 (Route 31 is a limited access highway in this area). Access is by right of way from Pleasant Street. See Vol 2028 page 483 and  Vol 1952 page 483.

Myrtle Marsh Park

Located between Main Street, River Street and Columbian Ave. This is the site of various war monuments.

Taft Memorial Field

Located on Adams Street. See Article 9 of the 1940 town meeting.

Girl Scout Land

On the west side of Pleasant Street. The town holds about 10 acres in trust for the Girl Scouts. See Article of the 1990 town meeting. This Property is a woodlot without trails and access is difficult due to the ledge outcrops and steep slopes.

Society for Protection of NH Forests

A 37 acre lot  in the northeast corner of Greenville. No highway frontage and adjoins the Rail Trail on its north side. Deed reference is Vol 7609 page 1842, December 30, 2005.
