2020 Tax Rate Set

The 2020 tax rate has been finalized by the NH Department of Revenue at $23.17.

It is important for taxpayers to know that the substantial reduction in this year's rate is due largely to one-time funding received by the local school district, which dropped the local school rate by $4.00. Unless that additional State aid is continued on an annual basis, property owners can aniticpate that the local school portion of the rate will rebound in 2021.
