The Greenville Planning Board will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, February 10, 2022 at 7:00 pm in the Town Hall Meeting Room, 46 Main Street (Chamberlin Street entrance), Greenville, NH to conduct a completeness review for a Site Plan Review Application by Dan Hynes (Owner & Applicant) – Dunster Realty LLC, 41 Palomino Lane, Bedford, NH, whose business is proposed to be located at 8 Dunster Avenue, Greenville, NH, Assessor’s Map 8, Lot 37-B. The applicant is requesting a change of use from an antique store and hair salon to a hair salon, apartment, wedding and event venue, and inn. Zoned Downtown
