Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at the Town Hall Meeting Room, 46 Main Street (Chamberlin Street entrance), Greenville, NH, concerning a request by Jason Seymour and Kathryn Seymour for an appeal of an administrative decision relating to the interpretation and enforcement of provisions of the Zoning Ordinance. The applicant seeks review of the Building Inspector’s decision to deny a building permit for a change of use to residential for 47 Main Street, Map 5 Lot 34.

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at the Town Hall Meeting Room, 46 Main Street (Chamberlin Street entrance), Greenville, NH, concerning a request by Jason Seymour and Kathryn Seymour for a variance from Article 2 Section 2.7.2 of the Zoning Ordinance, which defines permitted uses in the Downtown District. The applicant seeks permission for a single family use with an existing hydro power facility in part of the same structure at 47 Main Street, Map 5 Lot 34.
