Notice is hearby given that a public hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 3, 2019 at the Town Hall Meeting Room, 46 Main Street (Chamberlin Street entrance), Greenville, NH, conccerning a request by Greenville DG, LLC (Carolyn A. Parker, Agent), Map 1 Lot 45, 3 Blanch Farm Road, for a variance from Srticle 4 Section4.5 of the Zoning Ordinance, which regulates outdoor advertising. The applicant seeks a variance for a wall sign which exceeds the permitted square footage, and a freestanding sign which exceeds the permitted size and is placed within the required setback.
