Notice of Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Greenville Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, November 29, 2021 at the Town Hall Meeting Room, 46 Main Street (Chamberlin Street entrance), Greenville, NH, to hold public hearings on the following applications:
A request by Country Corner Mile Realty LLC (NH Signs, Agent), Map 1 Lot 47 & 48, 766 Fitchburg Road, for a variance from Article 4.5 (E, G, & K) of the Zoning Ordinance, to allow additional signage on the fuel canopy where only 2 signs are allowed on the property, and to allow said signs to be illuminated.
A request by Adam Ames, Map 2 Lot 35, 27 Columbian Ave, for a variance from Appendix B6.2 of the Zoning Ordinance, to permit the construction of a seven (7) unit open space residential development on a lot with 7.379 acres and 234.06 feet of frontage.
The applications are available for review on the Town’s website at www.greenvillenh.org and at the Town offices during official business hours.
