Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, January 10, 2023 at the Town Hall Meeting Room, 46 Main Street, Greenville, NH, concerning an application by Dunster Realty, LLC for 8 Dunster Ave., Map 8 Lot 37-b, for a special exception for non-conforming use under Section 3.4 A 3 and Section 5.9 of the Zoning Ordinance. Additionally, the applicant seeks variances from Section 2.7.2 b (2), which requires multi-family dwellings to be located above the ground floor; Appendix A.3 (a), which allows a maximum of 6 units; and Appendix A.3 (d), which requires a 10 foot wide green belt. The applicant seeks to convert the property, located in the Downtown District, to multi-family housing.
