The Greenville Planning Board will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, January 12, 2023 at 7:00 pm in the Cafeteria at Mascenic Regional School District, School Administrative Unit 87, 16 School Street, Greenville, NH to conduct a completeness review of the Site Plan Application for 21 Chamberlin Street for a Substance Use Disorder Treatment Facility, by Georges Realty LLC (Applicant & Owner, McKenan Properties), Greenville, NH, Assessor’s Map: Map 5 Lot 132 & 132-1. Zoned Downtown District.

Pursuant to NH RSA 36:56, the Greenville Planning Board determined at their meeting of December 10, 2022 that the application listed above has potential regional impact.
