Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 25, 2017 at the Town Hall Meeting Room, Chamberlin Street, Greenville, NH concerning a request by Magno Coelho (Michelle Bernier, Property Owner) for a variance from Appendix A-2 (b) of the zoning ordinance, which requires frontage on a Town approved Class V or better road or street for the construction of a single family building. The applicant seeks to construct a single family building on Barrett Hill Road, a class VI road, at Map 2 Lot 9.
