Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 4, 2021 at the Mascenic SAU School Board Meeting Room, 16 School Street, Greenville, NH, concerning an application by Dunster & Main, LLC for 1 Dunster Ave., Map 8 Lot 37, for a special exception for light industry as specified in the Section 5 Paragraph 5.7 and Section 2, Paragraph 7.3 of the Zoning Ordinance. The applicant seeks a special exception for the property, located in the Downtown District, to be leased for light industry, specifically custom sign fabrication.

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 4, 2021 at the Mascenic SAU School Board Meeting Room, 16 School Street, Greenville, NH, concerning an application by Kyle Meedzan, 279 Adams Hill Road, Map 3 Lot 31-B, for a variance from Appendix A Section A.2(b), which details the minimum lot size for new single-family buildings. The applicant seeks a variance to permit a two-lot subdivision with one lot having less than the required 200 feet of frontage on a Class V or better road.
